palea porcelain

so, the project I wrote about earlier -
i read this post this morning and immidiately felt eager to try it myself!
I've been thinking about starting some kind of porcelain-decoration for a while now, as I've also got alot of inspiration from NinaInvorm..

so I headed out with a mission to get my very own porcelain paint pen..
here's the result, and I just want to do more more more!

so I've bee planning t open my own shop on Etsy, and I guess that's what I will try to work with this afternoon..

today I've been hanging down in the shop (after sorting out ALL of my jewlery this morning...everything I had since I was about 13 years old!!)..
I've made a couple of headbands/hairbands, with details like crochet-flowers and pearls..think I'm gonna sell them on etsy...later on..

now - homemade cookies, vanilla-tea and a movie..

so here's the kitchentowel i made for Laura & Unai, the weddingcouple..
I already gave them the real wedding-gift so this is just something to bring with me for the actual party...i got inspired by this blog, and printed with apples..
then i embroidered "laura y unai para siempre, 26 junio 2010" which means "laura and Unai forever, 26 Juni 2010) which is the date they are getting married, yey!

yeah, it kind of looks like something a 4year old did, but whatever!!

new necklaces

Okey so, some of the first necklaces are ready now,
but I feel a bit stupid showing them, because they are VERY VERY inspired by marañóns necklaces, and I just loved them so much I wanted to try to do some embroidery myself, it was so fun I couldnt stop..I did all of the patterns myself, except from one, which is the second one I'm showing here..

got so inspired by Marañón, that I decided to dig out my old embroidery-skills (big joke)..I got some of my grandmothers old embroidery-thread, and went and bought a frame to sew on..
it's looking good, I must say I'm much better at this now, than I was when I was 12 years old..

ok, so..do you remember the dress I made that I'm supposed to wear at the wedding...
well, I really like that one, but I'm making a new one aswell that I was supposed to sell in the shop, but I'm falling in love with it...this one is more african-boho-inspired I guess..and the other one is zebra-print..they would both be faboulous with big necklaces, and I just can't choose

here's the one I'm making at the moment


which one do you think I should wear at the wedding, which one is more wedding-style? (keep in mind that it's not really a snobbish uptight wedding i'm going to, but a spanish country-side-wedding with laidback people)

hello my dear beautiful wonderful little readers..how are you today? did you get enough sun? chocolate? love?

I'm in the shop as usual, finishing another long dress, maybe i will wear that one to the wedding instead, aah, can't choose! I'll show you guys later, and you'll have to tell me which one is better..

for now, here's a pair of converse I modified a bit, i cut them a bit, to make them low, and also painted some typical palea-leaves..what do you think?

hey guys!
had a nice chill out day with Sarah, who's in town for the w-end. She lives in Malmö so soon I will be able to hang out with her whenever I want to!!
we cooked a delicious meal, and just lay dead infront of the TV,
now i'm down in the shop and I just finished some things.. here's a blouse my mom's friend gave me to re-do a bit, since she shrunk it in the washing-machine..i put on a nice lace on the bottom:

I just cooked a delicious meal (home-made lentil-burgers with mashed potatoes, green peas, gherkins and lingonberry-sauce) MMM!
I guess I actually do like to cook. I just never cook for others, as I'm scared they won't like it or something..but I should start cooking more for others, cause it's always nicer to eat with somebody else!
