so after the wedding we went back to the house, for some dinner, party & dancing..here's Laura - the bride..there were loads of snacks & tapas, but i wasn't so hungry in the heat

then we had dinner, under the shades of the trees...it looked like in Tuscany

there was no wedding-cake, but plates with brownies and carrot-cake for each table

and baskets with cherries :)
and there was a table with glassjars filled with candy and cookies, cheescake and beside the table, an ice-cream bar with delicious spanish ice-cream with flavours like, lemon-sorbet, mango-sorbet, cheescake and vanilla/cookie

then dancing & spanish songs

then the couple held a speach. Laura showed us the first flower she ever got from Unai (she was planning to have it as a wedding-bouqet), a soft sunflower...then they threw out small bags with sunflowerseeds, to everybody to chew on..

laura had asked people to do a star, blue or white, and then we hung them up so we could "dance under the stars"

some of Lauras friends brought a big basket with hundreds of these little golden bags, filled with ecological seeds to throw after the ceremony instead of rice, so that the little birds don't get really bad stomachs when they eat it afterwards...

I'm back, in my mom's appartment, in Sweden.
yes, ow boring, but atleast its hot in sweden, too hot
(how can I say this when ive just spent some freking boiling days in barcelona)

oh the wedding, how beautiful. my camera doesnt work, so, ill try to post some photos tomorrow
when i have more energy,
i havent eaten proper food since saturday and i woke up at 05.40 this morning so I'm a bit mashed at the moment..

just a quick psot, im still in barcelona., the wedding was gorgeous, beautiful, personal, emotional and incrédible! so many beautiful details, and so laura! youll see pictures later on and ill tell you more about it

today ive been relaxing with my friend amanda on a beach outside of barcelona with some back gammon-playing and 2 big bags of picnic, this is life!!

going home early tomorrow morning...bu.,.hu....

midsummernights dream

last preparations until I'm off to Barcelona and the wedding!
The zebra-dress is finally finished, I even decided which necklace ..(the 5th picture)..black and gold..
i just cant decide which bracelets to wear to it, i have to many matching ones..
and without earrings looks so empty, but with earrings might be to much, and rings? should I wearings? what a misery!!!but ill be fine

this weekend is Midsummer, a Swedish (Scandinavian maybe) tradition/holiday (atleast the way we celebrate it)..I guess what we are celebrating is..the summer? i don't think anybody really knows, but it's nice...we eat some traditional midsummer-food, drink alcohol, kids (and some adults) go dancing around a big pole (hmmm) wrapped in flowers and plants..and alot of people are watching, listening to the swedish folk-music....and it always rains :/

oh, and also, young ladies should go out at night, pick 7 different kinds of flowers (and jump 7 different fences), put the flowers underneath their pillow, and they will dream about their future husband! how romantic :)

when me and Lotten have our countryside house in the south of europe, we will have a big, nice midsummer-feast for friends & loved ones..with strawberry-cake

Nicolas, this guy from Argentina who lives and works in Barcelona is a great artist! Me and my mom stayed at his & Oscars guesthouse Vrabac, when we first visited Barcelona 2006, and it's the most beautiful place ever. Every room has it's own design (since oscar is an interior designer) and the furniture are all unique and chosen from different flea-markets around..they play nice music and you can have a glass of whatever-you-want on the balcony, with the cactuses and free tapas to the drink...on the walls there are paintings made by Nicolas, beautiful!!

Oops, I forgot to show you some of the new stuff I did last week.
I'll begin with these necklaces and earrings, which are part of my "Barcelona stone"-collection. They are made out of stones and pieces of glass, polished by the sea..I picked them when I was in Barcelona in April..

today's been a creative day.
I finally unpacked my box with my jewelry-stuff, pearls, chains and stuff.
I sat down and made some earrings, necklaces and a bracelet.. I took some photos but of course I forgot the camera in the shop! I'll upload them tomorrow!!

I can't concentrate..

oh, and I just bought my hometicket from barcelona..so. i'll be there 2 extra days after the wedding..

yeah, bad update today.
don't really have alot to write about, i had a chillout-day like in the good old times..
sleeping in, sitting in my pyjamas way too long, eating chocolate for breakfast. spending the day infront of the tv and computer, cooking the best lasagne EVER!!!!!
and then - booking a ticket to Barcelona!
so it's official, im coming to the wedding!
only problem is I dont have a ticet to go back yet. I should buy it, but i just dont know when I want to leave. and also..i just realized, my passport is expired, and I'm broke. it's damn expensive to get a new one..well well, later problem..

2 of my friends are coming back home this weekend!! so I'm gonna meet up with them for some fine quality-time, alot of talking and laughing. I haven't seen them for a year!! when they visited me in London.
