HAIR

colored my hair today. I've been wanting to do it for a long time, but never dared..found a special haircolor for my type of hair , and for dark hair too..
but the result wasnt as good as I hoped for..it's still about the same as before, but it was supposed to be copper/dark reddish brown...
I can see a really small change, a bit lighter, and a shade of red, I think it would show if the sun shone straight on, but otherwhise I doin't think anybody else will notice.
Think I'll do it again, as it's a bit lighter now, the haircolor will probably stick more next time
don't have a picture right now either, but don't know if it would show any difference anyhow...

YANN TIERSEN

mm, sweet, sweet weekend.
yesterday me, Anna, Johanna & sofie went to the season's opening of Debaser's beergarden...man, did I miss that one. And now it totally feels like spring. People were happy, drunk, good looking...great! looking forward to many long nights there this summer...the only bad thing is they changed the menu, and now everything is much more expensive..



anyway, was checking the calendar for the spring at Debaser, this morning. and at one point I almost stopped breathing.
Someone I've been waiting to see for 8 years is gonna play at Debaser the 26th of May. this someone is Yann Tiersen, and is a great , french composer who did the music for Amélie from Montmartre, Goodbye Lenin, and pother movies...I CAN'T WAIT!!
after that, I can finally die happy, having seen all of my top 5 musicians, live.

Also, I'm soooo happy me & Johanna decided to book our Bali tickets for the 27th of May, and not for the 26th as we were thinking of doing, at first. Don't know if I could ever forgive me if we had done it...well, Bali isn't too bad either, really

I'm trying to do a thousand things at a time - like usually.
And I think I'm doing pretty well
cleaning, packing & looking after the blueberry-pie in the oven.
Gonna bring it to Anna in an hour for her birthday-thingy, with blankets on the floor and nice eatable stuff that people will bring...
early tomorrow morning I'm off to Gothenburg, so this is probably the lats post for a while, I'm back on friday afternoon, in time for the premiere of the beergarden at Debaser!

so; i just booked the tickets for my mini-vacation next week.
first I wanted to go to Paris, Barcelona, or even New York..but for 3 days, Gothenburgh will be perfect aswell! meeting some old friends I haven't seen in a very long time, drinking beer, going through the old parts of Gothenburg and check their secondhand/vintage-stores...and what else?
eat my favourite chocolate-cake at my favourite french café..

alot!

after working today (which went pretty fast, working with nice girls and lots of customers), I had a nice sit-down and a baked potatoe together with Dominique..I even resisted the blueberry-pie, eventhough I've lately gotten an obsession for blueberries..think I'm gonna bake one during the weekend though..Anna has her birthday on monday and we're probably gonna have a picnic on her livingroomfloor, so a blueberry-pie would work for that

anyway, after that, I had to go fetch my bike which my friend sent to me from my hometown..it landed at the specia-postoffice in an industrial part of the town, where I never want to go back to alone..freezing, changing buses, having no idea where to go, and finally find the postplace, but not the bike....and then I did...then I just had to find my way all the way back home, in the cold, but with the sun shining, and making it quite a nice ride anyway...

I deserve some chocolate now, right?

DESTINATION UNKNOWN

wow, am I good at spending money on food or what?
came back from the supermarket with 2 bags, and 36 euros less..I am ONE person in this household, still I eat for 2!
anyway, my kitchen is stuffed with all kinds of delicious stuff, cause of course they had extra-cheap prices on all that, and of course, I had to buy it.

It's gonna be a quiet Friday for me, but I'm enjoying it. some good food, good tv, and later on maybe painting a bit..working tomorrow, and after that seeing Dominique for some coffee (and waffles I hope, since it's the waffle-day today! LOVE waffles!)
will also try to get to the place where my bicycle has been sent by my friend back in Linköping..it's just that it's reeeally far away from where I live, and oh man...I do need some excercise..

oh also, I kind of already finished my home-exam...it's not supposed to be sent in, until 5th of april so I'm kind of having a frickin' vacation now! was thinking about travelling somewhere next week..london, paris, barcelona..but no, if I'll go somewhere it'll be gothernburg, I have some friends there which I havent seen for long. Also, it's better if I save the money until Bali, and for the summer..cause it's gonna be awesome!

anyway, yesterday evening was brilliant.
my apartment got filled with people from allover, I thin we , at some point were 11 or 12 people in here. The atmosphere was flawless, cozy and warm..like it should be, and like it's been the last couple of months with me & my friends. Looking forward to the summer, which I'm pretty sure, will be one of the best ones I've had.

today I panicked when I tthought my computer had just crashed. I tried pushing different bottons, taking the battery out, and putting it in again...stuff like that..
great, just when I need to write my home-exam...
then I saw it, as so many times before,
the plug wasn't where it should've been...which is - in the computer..duh!

other than that, fabulous day,
it's been 14 degrees celsius according to my classmate, and I don't doubt it.
Malmö is a very windy city, and those cold winds can surely kill you , at least that's how it feels everytime the wind comes beneath your jacket, even your skin.
But today, the wind was warm...lukewarm, and wonderful!
tomorrow again! please!

crying daycare choir

haven't written in a while, been busy working & trying to pack up the rest of the boxes in the apartment. not finished yet, but they're getting less and less..

yesterday was a great night out, starting with me and Kerstin, eating mushroom-pasta here, drining some wine and whatnot. talking about self-images & how others see you, the difference which is always so big.

then we headed to Far i hatten, a bar/restaurant in the middle of a park, where I've always wanted to go. it was so great and cozy, and it felt like a cottage in the swedish archipelago...mm, my new favourite place and summer-hang out to be!
Also met Kerstins friend Anna there, who I instantly bonded with pretty well..love to meet new people who are awesome!
Dominique, Jonatan & their friend (sorry..kalle?) came aswell, and we had a couple of beers, and listened to the WONDERFUL band playing (above):

the music was so great for the atmosphere, really calm and a sounded a bit like fleet foxes or mountain man...hmm

headed off to have some kind of pre-party at Jonatans place..or more like, in the corridor of his place..then to Debaser (big surprise!) and back home to Jonatan afterwards, with a gang of girls i neither liked or talked to really..I guess I was just drunk & tired, so me and Dominique left at about 5..I went home to eat my mushroom pasta, and sleep sleep sleep...nice one!

CIRKUS SALE!

seems like I'm up for a pretty great summer, yep! that's good cause I promised myself that this year would be one of the greatest ones..like..ever!
starting off with going to Bali IMMEDIATELY after school ends (actually before school ends, but whatever)...

then as it seems now, I'll join Monki & Weekday at Cirkus sale, for 2 festivals this summer.
cirkus sale is a kind of sale-tour we do, monki & weekday where we'll be selling left over clothes for about 75-90% of the price in the stores..that's some cheap stuff!
we'll also be having a pimp-your-clothes tent and a chill-out tent with dj's...
I'll be joining for hultsfred/arvikafestivalen and Storsjöyran, up north!
really looking forward do this!

some pictures from saturday. This is after we've all struggled with my boxes and two couches (actually I carried the least..like always)...we enjoyed some delicious vietnamese springrolls that Dominique had made for us, drank some cheap (but quite nice!) white wine, played some of my instruments, and just had an awesome night..more of this, this spring and summer please...sitting in the middle of a minor chaos, with boxes everywhere, just made it even better

BOXES

my gosh.
I have soooooo many things.
I'm back home in Malmö after a couple of days visiting My hometown Linköping,
yesterday me and Emil, an old friend, drove down with a big trailer behind the car...
met up here with some other friends who helped me carrying all the thousands and thousands of boxes...
I just bought so many things when I was younger, only to put them in boxes and save for my very own apartment...well I have the apartment but there is not so much space, that I could fit it all in. I didn't know I bought THIS much! but there are loads of really nice vintage-stuff....
a friend gave me the idea to have a yard sale or something with the leftover things after I've tried to sort this all out...right now I can barely walk around in my apartment, it's too blocked with boxes....will show you some pics from the weekend later on!!
